Your fresh roasted coffee will ship the day it is roasted! I also write the temperature and the duration time roasted so that you will know how your fresh roasted coffee acquired its flavor profile. The reason for this is to gauge what flavors you really love. For example, If you order a fruity African variety and want to taste more dark chocolate, and less of the lighter fruitier notes, I will know to add more time or heat to your next bag, and vice versa
